Link ceremony and Bonfire October 2009We had some great individual performances today despite missing a few key runners. Step up day was taken quite seriously by the following kids who set brand new personal records!
Girls and Boys finish 3rd overall out of 15 teams. Girls race had 99 runners finish. Guys had 123 runners finish.
Austin Grantham: 20:04-59th (51 second PR) AWESOME!!!!!
Kaitlynn Ware: 24:22-43rd (50 second PR) AWESOME!!!!
John Broughton:17:06-3rd (24 second PR) Whew hoo seven seconds to All State time!!!
Lindsey Kosin: 22:49: 25th (17 second PR) Go big sister!!!!
Chandler Falcon: 25:21- 63rd (11 second PR) Yea!
Josh Hudson: 18:24-23rd (7 second PR) State Champ!!!
Nicole Kosin: 21:48: 12th (1 second PR) Every second counts!
Ashlen and Kelsey finish 7 and 9 with 21:22 and 21:37. Kelsey had a nice closing kick!
Eric Austin finished 25th with a 18:29 while Dakota returned this week back on 3 mile pace with a 18:57 good enough for a 34 finish! Jason Sibert rounded out our top five earning a t-shirt finishing 47th with a 19:27.
JV kids had a great day with some new PR's as well. Official times were not posted
Faith had a HUGE week finishing 3rd on the girls side in a competitive race!!!!
Jared Foster held his own against the high school boys finishing in the top half!
Hannah Ditt set a new PR for 2 miles with a 17:30 earning a t-shirt for the top ten!
Hannah Nyman, Abbey Watkins, and Madison Wallace also ran VERY WELL today.
