Saturday, August 14th- Calvary Splash n Dash 5k-
We will use this as our training run. You can sign up at sportspectrumusa.com All funds go to support Cavlary FLC
Monday, August 16th- 5:45pm-Team Picture and practice night @ Stoner. You will get uniforms when you arrive for the picture and give them back before we start practice. Boys will need to bring white compression shorts to wear under the uniform
Saturday, August 21st-22nd OFF No training or practice on this weekend!!!!!
Saturday: August 28th-CBA XC field (South lawn) 3 mile team time trial and training run
Meet at 7:30 am. Will start the time trial at 8:00am and be finished with practice by 9am
Uniforms will be given out this day to all that complete the course without walking!
